AQUACEL Extra Dressing from Convatec is a reinforced hydrofibre wound dressing designed for moderate to heavily exuding wounds. The hydrofibre technology converts absorbed exudate into a soft, cohesive gel that conforms to the wound bed, while strengthening fibres maintain dressing integrity even when saturated.

- Hydrofibre technology — absorbs and locks in wound exudate and bacteria to help manage bioburden
- Reinforced wet strength — extra fibres maintain integrity when the dressing is fully saturated
