Free shipping
Enjoy free shipping on orders over $150 (excluding GST). For orders under $150, a flat shipping rate of $25 applies, calculated at checkout.
Dispatch times
In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 10am on a business day are processed the same day where possible.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery is:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional and remote areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Bulk & pallet orders
For large or bulk orders that require freight or pallet delivery, shipping is quoted separately. Request a bulk quote or contact our team and we'll arrange the best freight option.
